The eight foot table is a bit heavy to lug around for one person unless you're a 6 foot three professional athlete. The 6 foot table would be more manageable. I bought this to display small, very delicate sculptures at an art show. The table is sturdy and easy to set up. It comes with a handle and weights about 25 pounds. Its black surface is attractive enough that I didn't feel I needed to cover it with a cloth. I was very pleased by its quality and highly recommend it.
